I need help with wage garnishment Connecticut.?

I recieved a letter stating they are going to take wage garnishments directly from my checks. I live in Connecticut and this is going to start taking place in December. The amount that they want to take is going to leave me practicly homeless. I know there is an objection letter that can be filed to the court but I dont know how to go about getting it and starting the process..Help please!!!!
