What to do on Thanksgiving in Vermont?

We will be staying in Burlington, VT during the Thanksgiving holiday. We have a lot of activities planned, but nothing for the day of Thanksgiving. Any suggestions? We also do not know where to eat. We love a traditional dinner, but I can't seem to locate a restaurant that is open.
