Should i get another puppy or just forget it?

Awww . . . sounds like the poor puppy is dying maybe he has heart worms. If you get another puppy get him from someone different then take him to the vet immed for his vaccines. That is the best way to make sure your pup will not get sick later down the line. house breaking is alwas hard, but not as hard if the puppy is well. Get the little cage only for when you are away from home and the puppy wont use it in the cage (usually) because it their personal space so you would be house breaking the puppy while keeping im safe when u r away
