What happens when probate ends?

Probate on my mothers will is about over. The only thing she had was a house. My brother live's there,he is also excutor of the will. My daughter and I are heirs also there is a 80,000 loan, Will my brother have to move out or can he stay. He also want to live there on my mother's name. My brother is in bankrupcty till 2015.
