Microwave : Auto Defrost.?

you put something in the machine, dial in what it is (chicken, pizza, cerole or whatever), weight, etc. and push auto defrost. the time is automatically set for you and it defrosts the food without cooking it. you should check your operating manual to figure out the details for your machine.
