Any advice on selling my house in a London auction asap?

I have had 2 sales fall through on my property and I'm getting to the stage where finances are a nightmare! Someone said if I sold the property in a London auction I would get more money for it than a local auction as prices are higher down there. I live in Stoke On Trent and am desperate to get it sold. Does anyone know of any property auctions in London and have contact info for them? please help
