Bartolni Courier Service & Chuck Matthew say I have won over $6 million US.?

These are the e-mail addreses they gave me & & .I was to contact Chuck Matthew at hotlotto, he in turn sent me to Mr. Emilio Giordano, he in turn told me it would cost me so much money to get the winnings. Is this true or a fraud ? They want me to send them $550US to pay for courier service from London, UK to BC, Canada. It doesn't sound right to me. Can anyone answer this or has anyone recieved a e-mail like this?
