Do you consider poking a form of flirting?

So there's this cute guy in my cl that I've started to have a crush on. He went on vacation for about 3 weeks and came back and kept asking me if I missed him and wanted me to sit/stand next to him always in cl. So recently he keeps poking me in the stomach and grabs my arm or side in a ticklish way. So yea, do you consider poking a form of flirting?
