Guys, can you help me in brainstorming ideas for a very hard but accurate investigatory project?

Our teacher wants us to have an Investigatory Project that we will make and investigate on about 7 months. She wants us to have rare and a little bit interesting project. I presented some projects about herbal plants but she said it was just easy to do. Now I'm running out of ideas, can you please help? thank you so much. :)
