I have a Brick Slab House and there seems to be a constant wet spot in the back looks like the water is?

coming out of the foundation at the bottom onto the cement patio I think the pipes run through the walls(not sure) if so how bad of a problem is this leak.aprox.how much$$ do I need to have it fixed?
