Is this hutch to small for my rabbit? *Photos included*?

I have a 3 month old male mini lop who spends most of his time in this cage. a href="http://www.flickr.com/photos/50917558@N02/4680299283/" rel="nofollow"http://www.flickr.com/photos/50917558@N0…/a In his cage he has water, pellets, fruit, hay and a few toys. He has a lead which he walks on for around 20 minutes a day.
