It is said that Leadership is an art/science. Why is it that Leadership is being compared to art/science?
It is said that Leadership is an art/science of influencing and directing men to an igned goal in such a way as to obtain their obedience, confidence, respect and loyal cooperation in order to accomplish a mission? Why is it that Leadership is being compared to art/science?
