Norwegian Epic vs. Norwegian Dawn?

Recently two friendsof ours went on Epic having cruised on Dawn the previous year. They were very disappointed - too many people - too far to walk from cabin to lifts etc. etc. far too crowded. Queues for everything. They did not like the cabin - too cramped and bathroom split into the room awful experience - lack of privacy and condensation everywhere. Go on Dawn.
