SEVERE Effexor withdrawal, help!?

I normally take 75mg of Effexor each day, but I was stupid and called in to refill my prescription too late (i was already out) AND it is currently pending because I need my psych's authorization. However, the side effects from withdrawal are severe, mainly the nausea. I don't know what to do about it. Is there anything i CAN do? Do normal medications for upset stomachs/nausea help?
