Should I report and how?

Call me paranoid but I need advice... I have come in contact with a man that I think maybe a potential child molester. I have found out he is a 1st grade teacher, loves to have a cl of little girls and goes to Thailand every summer ( if you watch MSN to catch a predator you'll understand why the Thailand thing is a big point). He is a older white male, single no children not too mention he looks very creepy. Maybe I watch too much to catch a predator but something smells fishy. I'm not the only person who has come in to contact with this man who thinks the same thing. My questions is should I wait to report until he does something IF he is, or inform someone of my suspicion? if so how?
