Stuck kidney stones? Appendix?

I am very prone to kidney stones. I get about 10-20 a year. Because of this, when I started getting pain on my right side, I immediately reached for my pain meds and drugged up. It has been about 15 hours since the pain started and though I have drank tons of water to flush out my system it's still aching (more towards the center now). Usually my stones p relatively quickly, and the last CT I had a few months ago said that the stones were pretty tiny... I'm just very surprised that I am still in so much pain. Additionally, I have been very dizzy all morning (not sure if this is from the narcotics I took 15 hours ago). Should I be concerned that something else is going on or am I looking too much into this?
